1. Is ther a time limit for created rooms?
There is no time limit for created rooms. You can stay in the room as long as you want. However, the room link will expire 1 hour after it's created, which means no new participants can join the room.
2. How many people can join the room?
There is no limit on number of people in a room. However, we recommend to restrict the number of participants under 8 for the best user experience. The video chat window can only show video of up to 8 participants in a room.
3. Why can’t I create or join a room?
Check if your browser extensions have blocked any function. Also, make sure you got the right room link.
4. Why is my camera not on?
The video chat function will ask for permission for the first time. Please follow the instructions to ensure permission.

5. How secure is Quarantinbuster?
Each room is protected by a secured unique identifier to prevent external access. Only people with the room link can join.
No personal data will be stored. We don’t even use Cookies, as a result, you might have to type in your nickname again while re-joining a room.
Room data will be deleted after expired. Video chat is using an end to end encryption and no data is stored.
